Terms Of Service

1. Payments

  • Payments are FULL UPFRONT! I will not accept partial payments at this time.

2. Commuinication

  • You may contact me via Twitter, Email, and Discord.

  • Any inquiries from 6am to 3pm EST may receive a late response so please be patient!

  • Please allow me at least 12 hours to respond to you.

3. Waiting Time

  • Waiting time for Scuffed models is approximately 1-2 weeks upon start.

  • I have a trello in place to keep track of commissions in my queue, but you as the commissioner will receive a direct update when I am starting your order

  • Rush orders require a +25% price increase to your order's total cost.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • If a cancellation is requested before the commission was started then a refund will be given.

  • After beginning there will be no refunds under any circumstances, unless I am unable to complete the project. A change of mind is not a valid reason for refund.

  • Cancellation of commissions are allowed before sketch or if the payment hasn't been settled yet.
